Whitlow Family Vision Centers

Great experience! Dr. Whitlow was very easy to talk to and answered any questions I had professionally. At the same time, we had very comfortable light weighted conversations that made me feel welcomed and appreciated. One thing I always use to determine how much customers really mean to a business is, I go by my middle name, I always quickly mention this fact just to see if it is recognized. If so, it's just bonus points. Dr. Whitlow immediately referred to me as my middle name when an assistant came to take to look at frames. That, to me, meant more than anything. Excited bout my new glasses in a couple of weeks!! Thank you to Dr. Whitlow and the entire staff who, by the way, are just as beautiful as they are wonderful and pleasant to be around!

This was the first time that I've been to Whitlow Vision Center. I had had a eye injury over the weekend and went to the emergency department the doctor there wanted me to follow up with an optometrist. I already had in my mind that I wanted to go there because I've heard such good things about the place. Dr. Whitlow was very kind. I didn't have to wait long at all and he answered all of my questions. He educated me on what signs and symptoms I need to look for and gave me some drops to help aid my eye in healing. He also answered questions I had regarding when I needed to start having eye exams for my son. All of the staff were really nice and I had a very positive experience

Took my 10 year old to establish care. Everything was done throughly and with care. We loved the staff and Dr. Whitlow. Thankfully no glasses yet for the child! Great experience. Scheduling my husband next for his visit.

I appreciate that Dr. Willow was able to get me in quickly. I've never had trouble with my eyes before and I was afraid something was seriously wrong. His office visit was incredibly affordable. His staff was prompt and friendly. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Whitlow. He was very thorough and made it very easy for me to understand what was going on with my eyes. I would highly recommend his services to any of my friends and family

Absolutely the very worst experience I have ever had. Took my glasses in for an adjustment and they broke the ear piece off. The girl literally used scotch tape to put back together. They said they were covered by insurance for a replacement pair. It took 6 weeks to get them back. At some point the tape gave way and ear piece was lost. Since I didn't know where I lost it I didn't have it. The same girl who broke them then told me I would have to pair full price for a new frame. It's pretty said when they break something they don't replace them and then being rude to their customers. Never again. I went the next day to a new doctor and had new frames in a week. I don't advise going to Whitlows.

My eyesight is horrible but this is the first time I've felt confident in the prescription that I left the office with today. The whole staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. The doctor was thorough and patient. I'm so happy to have found this vision center.

The staff at Whitlow Family Vision is always wonderful. My family has seen Dr. Whitlow for many years and have always been pleased with his care. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Very professional, polite, clean, and friendly. Dr. Robert Whitlow was very professional, friendly, funny and charismatic. He listens to understand and makes sure you feel seen and appreciated. Highly recommend!
