Dissatisfied with the service. Went in for contacts and left with no trial or anything to meet that need except "to get contacts from another provider" and now we will have to pay out of pocket for another exam though a provider to help with what we went for to begin with or wait weeks now to get in and get what we should have the first visit. I do not recommend. Assist has no personality either.

I've always had a great experience in Dr. Tarters office! Ive been going to him for over 20+ years. It's a clean office and always pleasant while I'm there. I love the restored older house ambiance he has in his office. Plus, last time I was there he had a old school Sears/JCPenny catalog (the huge/thick ones) in the waiting area for us to look at while we waited. Stuff like that I like.

Dr Tarter is a awesome person, he always has a smile and is always making me laugh and smile. His staff are always inviting and have a smile, they never rush you and take their timw too make sure your completely happy with your glasses Frames, n help you fill out papers for local Lions Club if you need assistance paying for your glasses. They also are very understanding over making payments in order too order you contacts. He is great for adults and childern of all ages too see. I wouldnt go anywhere else now.
