I can't say enough good things about Vision First ! The staff and doctors were absolutely amazing -- they truly went above and beyond for me. As I'm going through a very hard time in my life, and they were so understanding, kind, and supportive. They even got me in the very same day I needed help, which meant the world to me. They took my insurance with no issues, got me set up with new glasses, and the eye exam was a breeze. Thank you so much to the whole team -- I'm beyond grateful!

Terrible scheduling services. Booked an appointment months in advance. They called 3 days before the appointment to inform me I'd booked it a week before I was eligible for my annual visit.
Like most employers, my employer requires a month notice for a special day off. I gave up an elective day off for an appointment for nothing AND will now have to wait another month or more to get my broken glasses replaced.
Well done VisionFirst.
I'll go elsewhere for my TeamCare insurance appointments.

I have nothing but problems from this place. They like to tell you one price but then charge your card a different amount. This has happen not only once but several times to me. On top of that. They did the same thing to my wife. I have had to wait over a month for my contacts. Then gave me the wrong prescription glasses. They have nothing but excuses and never take responsibility for their lack of professionalism. Make sure you get a physical copy of your prescription for they will never just give it to you once they are done ripping your pocket out. They always have some sort of extra charge. Think they are buying 5 star reviews. There is no way they have a 4.7 with this type of business ethics
