Just had my first eye exam, it was through and precise. The staff is incredibly friendly and I did not have any wait when I arrived for my appointment. The doctor is easy to talk with and is very understanding The doctor also gives detailed information about your exam and will answer any question or concern you have. I saved 70% by coming here and I will continue to be their patient because I loved the care I received from them!!

Dr Bowling and staff are very friendly and helpful. I've been going there for several years with no problems. The eyeglasses I've gotten have been good and they have repaired some for me as well. The cost of my glasses is much less than I was paying it town. I recommend them to everyone.

Louisa eye care is a wonderful place, the staff are very friendly an courteous. I had glasses that were purchased a year ago, an I only got to wear them a couple times because I just could not see out of them, they just did not do what they were supposed to do, anyway they were happy to help me save some money on my new ones. I would definitely recommend them.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have had a vision problem for over 10 years, Dr DeSario's care has kept my vision from deteriorating. She has been very knowledgeable about my problem and has found the best solution for me. I feel that my concerns are always addressed appropriately.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and actually listened to my concerns and let me direct the testing instead of speeding through it like a lot of other places I've been to. I feel very confident in my results and in the glasses I will receive. Highly recommend

Dr. Desario is awesome! I have a rare eye disease, and she keeps up with all the new research and treatment options that are available. I love that she takes time to explain, to me, what stage of the progression process my eyes are in and what my current treatment options are. And, she does all of this without rushing through my exam!

If I could I'd give them below 0 stars. I have been trying to get into this place since the beginning of 2021 and still can't go. Had an unexpected turn of events and instead of working with me on a day that is right for me they again, like usual said it was going to be a month or two out. They will not work with you at all, won't work around your work schedule or nothing. My glasses have been barely wearable since the beginning of this year and my patience is wearing thin with these people. It is so bad that the only thing holding my glasses together is tape. I will write a bad review on every page they're on if I have to. This is bad customer service. They don't care about their patients at all.

Wonderful eye doctor. She treats everyone like family. Goes way beyond explaining everything, from each eye test to your vision and what would work best for each individual. Staff is wonderful as well. Thank you Dr Desario for being my eye doctor.
