I'm very pleased with Clarkson Eyecare. Today was my first visit. Was greeted when I entered. They got me right in. No wait. That was very nice! The young lady that took me back to get some pics was friendly & explained what all she was doing. Dr. Sheridan was very friendly and did an excellent job with my exam. Then a very friendly and patience young lady helped me pick my frames out. You were a saint! In and out fast. I'm very happy with how smoothly my appointment went. All the staff made me feel like family. Thank you all so much! I highly recommend Clarkson Eyecare

Locally they are very nice however billing they don't talk about any fees up front and did not bill the insurance correctly. Their billing is in Texas I think and we went back and forth, even the local branch tried to help me. This has happened twice I had to pay when I should not have. I am changing clinics

Dr gets 5 stars. The front desk gets - 1 star.
I decided to buy my frames and lens through this office, thus supporting a local business.
I Picked out the frames. Then I stood at the counter to order what lens , type of bifocals, anti glare , blue light blocking etc. which I thought was odd. I have always sat at a small table while the employees asked what type lens, coatings , etc.at places I purchase my glasses from.
When I picked up my new glasses, they were just handed to me. They refused to make sure the frame fit was right, no adjusting the ear pieces etc. not once did I or any other customer sit a the tables/ desk either to order or for fitting of the frames.
I paid $533 for frames and lens and basically received very little service from the front desk.
