Have used Sherman & Taylor for several years since our previous eye doctor stopped taking our insurance. Have leved them until now. My wife and I have called a combined 6 times in the past 3 weeks they have not answered or called us back. We have gotten automated text messages that states "Sorry we missed your call! Feel free to text us, but please call back a little later." And have replied to said message with no response. Very disappointing
