By far, one of the most closely-knit / friendly / professional teams of any office staff I have experienced. From being able to freely check out the frame selection while waiting for my eye exam, to feeling as if the employees were friends who shared their opinions when asked for their frame preference for me, they are great! Doctor Jaco has the perfect mix of personality and professionalism which made the whole experience more than pleasant.

Clarkson Eyecare is fabulous! Dr. Jaco takes time with his patients, listens, and meets their eyecare needs. I always leave there feeling confident that I've received the best care. During my last visit, he noticed that I'd been having extreme issues with DES. I was focusing (no pun intended) on my vision, but when he mentioned my dry eyes I had not thought to tell him how terrible my dry eyes had been feeling lately, but I guess it showed. He told me there was a new procedure (lacrimal punctual plug) that we could do right there in his office that could aleviate my irritation and discomfort. I felt relief immediately! It made a huge difference, and I am so grateful. Clarkson Eyecare is efficient, economical, and the staff and doctors truly care.

I ordered a pair of glasses with progressive lenses. Apparently there was a buy one get one free going on and I was not informed. when I picked up my glasses they handed me two pair and which one was readers only. I wish they would have taken the time to call me on the phone and ask me what I wanted instead of giving me what they wanted me to have for my second pair. That's the first time I've ever been handed a pair of glasses while I was standing up and wasn't asked to be seated and fitted.
