Dr Smith is a great doctor, however the receptionist has no clue of the meaning of the title she holds. Receptionist derives from reception, the action of receiving. She miserably fails at her job apparently still one year after the last review of her poor attitude towards the very people walking in to be received. She is extremely unprofessional having a FaceTime conversation with friends or family while looking at me and continuing to gossip about family drama. I'd rather drive to Huntington than go 5 minutes from my home to this poor work ethic and attitude.

I'm 29 now and have been going to Dr. Smith since I was about 7 and all my life they have all treated me very nicely. You can't get much friendlier or have much better of a demeanor than Dr. Smith and he's very great at what he does. I always am confident that when I enter their office my eyes are in good hands. My only downside is that they don't accept my current insurance so I always have to pay cash so it's hard for me to get both glasses and contacts during a visit unless I have a lot of money.

It's been several yrs since I seen Dr.Smith and he was great and very professional. The prescription he gave me helped so much they were perfect. My entire family has had really bad vision.
The staff was also very helpful while I was struggling to pick out a frame that was right for me. I have a small face and it's hard to find a pair that looks and fits my face just right.
Well I'm getting ready to make my next appointment for contacts and I hope I like them. Thanks everyone at the office

Incredibly unprofessional staff. I'd love to be giving a better review because Doctor Smith has always been very kind to me but the people working the front desk are extremely rude and petty and his tolerance of it is unacceptable. They've gone as far as to drop an obscene number clients because of Facebook comments criticizing the attitude of the front desk workers.

Most rude staff I've ever dealt with. Every time me or my wife have been here, the receptionists have always been extremely unfriendly and make you seem as a burden to them. Dr. Wilson's office is so much better in the Williamson area.

I am giving it a 3 because Gary Smith, optometrist, is incredibly kind & intelligent. Unfortunately, most of his staff do not possess bubbly, meant-for office personalities. I want my medical staff to make patrons feel welcome. If you have the ability to overlook people that are not meant to work with the public, this is the place for you because the optometrist is wise and personable. If you are short tempered, I recommend that you find another optometrist because you may be upset before you see the doctor.

Literally paid 80 to get contacts A MONTH AGO and never got a call, so I thought it was on my end and went in there to go get my contacts, and they said that I never paid and that they didn't put in the order. All the women at the front desk are almost always rude, too. I better get a refund or my contacts cause I'm not coming back to this place.
