Williams Mountain Vision Center

Got "fitted" for custom made contacts due to my astigmatism and being my last option for contacts. Paid 350$. Received my contacts, tried them on. Blurry. Take them back to Dr. Williams, was told there is nothing they can do about it as that company doesn't offer a refund for opened boxes. I was made aware of that policy AFTER opening them to try them on. How else am I suppose to check them? There wasn't a trial pair. Idk if the wrong fitting was sent to the company or what. The company is terrible for having such a policy and not sending a trial pair. So now I'm out 350$, have no contacts that I can see good out of, and now have to result to having LASIK surgery. Which is 5000$.

Absolutely love dr.Williams an her crew I've been seeing her since I was 12 my husband been going about 3 years now loves the whole crew they have wonderful selection of glasses sunglasses an contacts an are down to earth we made a huge mistake last year went else where chasing a sale to be honest " lesson learned you get what you pay for "!!we both got the wrong prescription an change my sight in each eye an caused my husband many issues an he is a diabetic we're very thankful for dr Williams she immediately found the issues an also set us up in some nice glasses an sunglasses

Great place, fast and friendly but the contact lens fitting was high being 75 when hazard charges 35

Very grouchy workers. You can just tell by the looks on their face they don't enjoy being there.
