ABC Eyewear

I have been coming to ABC eyewear for 9 yrs, my experience has always been great with great customer service! Today, I came in to get my sons lenses replaced, the young lady behind the desk looked in her appointment book and quickly was put out that I didn't have an appointment and told me that it would be a couple of hours because there maybe people ahead of me that may have appointments scheduled. As I sat in the lobby of no one in sight, customers started coming in, and obviously didn't have an appointment, nor did any of the young ladies behind the counter look in the appointment book, and was waited on immediately without a word spoken of not having an appointment. Luckily, the other customers were not rude too, like she was to us. My two hour wait, turned into 30 mins.

I've been a patient here for 20 years with Dr. Piccione and ABC Eyewear! From the moment you walk in, everyone is so friendly and makes you feel welcome. They are very helpful with anything you need, especially Mrs. Ellen! You can tell they truly care about their patients.

Excellent personal service!! I really appreciate their professionalism, kindness and loyalty to me as a customer when it comes to helping me find the best solutions to my vision problems. As someone who did have perfect vision in my youth, I can be a difficult patient because I expect perfection. I've been a patient here for about 15 years, through several pairs of glasses, one failed attempt at contacts, and a few miscellaneous situations. ABC Eyewear staff supports doctors Piccione and Lukasko with A plus service; providing both fashionable and quality eye-wear products. Of my three children, only one needs vision correction, but they all stay current with annual check-ups.

Ellen and staff are absolutely the best and most cheerful crew to deal with. I can finally see!!!!!!!
