Staff and Dr was patient and made my son and I feel great!!!! Would recommend to anyone.

Not a long wait. I was called to the back before I got finished with my registration paperwork. Great options on fame selections. Receptionist were professional, nice, they explain billing info in detail (total cost for exam & glasses, what ins pays, & your out-of-pocket costs). The Optimoligist is great! Extremely experienced, very nice, he treated me with respect, he's very easy to talk to, he explains what to expect, & as he goes through the eye exam, he explains what you will be doing before he does it. He asks questions to get a complete understanding of my eye care needs. He made sure I was comfortable during the entire eye exam. After the exam he explained my eye condition, he asked my preferences, he made sure I understand everything, & asked me if I had any questions, which he answered in complete detail. The only things I didn't like was there is no brochures, pamphlets, ect in the office to explain pricing details for exam or glasses, before exam. They have no online website. There is no online services to be able to research expected costs. There no way to schedule an appointment other than calling in. You can't schedule an appointment online. There's no way to estimated cost if you don't have vision ins or if you have to submit claims to ins. There are no discounts offered for eye exam or frames ! They only showed me the Medicaid glasses approved side & designer glasses side. I know glasses can't be made immediately, considering that I didn't like the wait to pick up glasses. After the exam is done & you select frames, there is a 3day - 10 day wait before you can pick up your glasses. Every 2 years I have to get another exam so I can get new glasses because after 2 years my glasses turned green by the nose pads & the lens have started peeling.

They are quick, thorough and professional. They do require masks and want their patients to not bring people in. The receptionist met me at the door and proceeded to check my temperature and sprayed antibacterial on my hands. The Dr is an older gentleman and fully explained everything he concluded from the specific tests that he quickly performed.

Staff was very friendly and the wait was not long at all. As soon as my paper work was completed I was taken to the back. The front desk explained my coverage and options for my insurance. The dr answered all my questions and heard my concerns even helped me put in my contacts.

I love this place great customer service

Most caring and knowledgeable doctor I've had the privilege of meeting. Very friendly staff. Only place I will ever go to.
