Worst experienexpectancy. i had a 12 noon appointment. Arrived at 11:10 since person on phone said come earlier if possible. At 1:00pm, I still hadn't been called back for appointment! I asked how many more people were in front of me for exam and front desk person just said I don't know ask them in the back. This is unprofessional and unefficient for people that work and have lives outside of eye appointments. It's common professional courtesy to simply communicate with people when a business is running more than an hour behind on appointments. This is 2 for 2 bad experiences at America's Best so highly recommend people go somewhere else that won't overbook people or have the common decency, professional consideration, and courtesy to lcommunicate to et people know their wait times are way beyond normal expected wait times.

This isn't on the store. This is more so on the company itself. I ordered some of the meta rayban glasses and also ordered them with prescription as the website stated I could do without any disclaimer. I called to check on my order status and informed by a rep that they would be sending me my prescription lenses separately due to the fact they can't put them in. This actually defeated the purpose as to why ordered these glasses and now I'm waiting on a manager call back. Please do not order the meta glasses from here unless you are wearing them for fun.

Horrible attention and incompetent staff. They did not do any extra effort to find my insurance policy in their system even though I showed them my insurance ID and responses from the company I'm working for. I am a hearing impaired person and they gave me 2 numbers to call by myself even though they could see I'm wearing two strong hearing aids. many mistakes....I went to another optical and they found my policy immediately...

Ms Bea was fast and friendly a whole lot of help explaining the difference that made me feel good about my purchase went in for one. I bought 3 no regret I'm definitely a customer now on.

Everything went very well, I was informed of discounts that I didn't know about. Eye exam went very smooth. People there were very kind and helpful. Appointment was amazing

Bea was awesome, all of the employees made things easy, doc was friendly, will be back next January for annual check up.

Worst customer service ever. I was told to come early. My appointment was for 3pm. I came for 2pm. Sat there from 2pm until nearly 4pm. No on said anything to me except the ones that checked me in. A lady that came after me was called before me. I left. Not the place for me .
