Jessica (specifically the one who answers the phone if there's more than one) IS THE BEST! Was able to get me in last minute, super sweet, and deserves a raise! I called for an exam, she explained everything thoroughly and really made sure to make sure I felt cared about instead of just another patient she had to deal with. LOVE HER!

One of the best experiences I've ever had in a doctors office!! Dr. Desai and Dr. Nawas were both amazing at my visit! The entire experience from when I checked in, to the girls who took care of me in the exam rooms, to being checked out was out of this world! Everyone was so kind and truly helpful. 100% recommend Bossier Eye Institute!!

I have always thought Dr. Nawas and his staff was a 10. But recently I took my 10 yr old granddaughter and she needed glasses. She was so nervous b4 & after. Dr. Dasi was so good with her. All the girls that work there are awesome. When my granddaughter picked up her glasses there were five women that came to see her and tell her how cute she looked. Words cannot express what that did for her. Dr.Nawas can't afford to pay them what their worth. I wanted to thank yall.

Words cannot describe how pleased I am with this place and the staffing. I had an accident which caused my facial bones to become broken and caused swelling in my R eye. So I had my yearly appt and was 15 min early, I paid my copay and my fee for the contact fitting and maybe only sat down waiting for not even 5 minutes. Kat, the tech did my exam and was extremely thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She answered all of my questions thoroughly. Then Dr.Desai came in and was very friendly. He addressed all of my issues from my last appt and also answered my questions. It seems like all of the staff is extremely kind, patient, and passionate about their jobs. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Absolutely amazing. I called with a situation with my eye and explained to the front desk young lady. She went and explained my situation, came back to the phone and said head their way. All the staff was so amazing and so helpful. They got me in and out. I would recommend them to any and everyone. Dr S. Desai and his colleague was awesome. This is my first time to see Dr Dsai. He is the most friendly, thorough, #1 Dr for taking a patient step by step from the moment he opened the door & called my name. He introduced himself at the door when i got there. I have never had a Dr, and I'm 65 yrs old, that was with me every minute.

After having cataract surgery on both eyes and advised to get a $3000 multifocal lens in the better of my 2 eyes more than 6 months ago my vision still isn't clear. Laser enhancement surgery did not correct this issue and any further surgery is a bigger risk after laser surgery and is not recommended. The monofocal lens that was fully covered by insurance is perfect. I requested a partial refund and it was denied because I was told they didn't do anything wrong. The best they will do is refer me to a different doctor where insurance probably won't cover any expense and they won't help financially. The people couldn't be nicer but I'm the only 1 out $3000 under their advice to get the multifocal when the monofocal would have probably worked better or at least as well and insurance would've covered 100% of the cost. After several revisits and the eye always looking perfect it has gotten no better so something is wrong and now I'll be out more money or just have to live with it. I don't believe a partial refund was too much to ask for since I didn't do anything wrong, there is obviously a problem and they just don't know???
