This clinic is absolutely wonderful. Dr. Clifton is very thorough and professional. She always looks out for the best interests of her patients. The office staff is so friendly and accommodating. I trust this clinic completely for my eye care.

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Clifton for several years now and we love her. First off, I'm diabetic so taking care of my eye's is paramount and Dr. Clifton always makes sure that there's nothing wrong. She also doesn't try to rush you in and out.. She always takes the time to "visit" for a few minutes and always takes the time to answer any questions we might have. So I will end by saying Dr. Clifton is very nice, has a great chair side manner, she's extremely proficient and very thorough. What's not to like? Oh one more thing... How much do we like Dr. Clifton? Well 2 years ago we moved from Shreveport to Alexandria. We now have a 280 miles round trip to keep our appointments with her. Which we have been doing and are more than happy to do in the future.. That's how much we like Dr. Clifton?

I wanted to share my recent experience with Dr. Clifton and express my gratitude for the exceptional care I received. I developed a serious eye infection and promptly called to see if Dr. Clifton was available to take a closer look. Amazingly, within the hour, I was in her office, being warmly welcomed and signed in by the friendly staff. I was called to the back almost immediately, and Dr. Clifton was able to conduct a thorough examination of my eyes to determine the best treatment. What truly stood out to me was Dr. Clifton's dedication to my recovery. For the next week, she checked in on me daily, reviewing the progress of my recovery and examining updated photos I shared. It was astonishing to see a doctor put so much care into ensuring that my eye was healing properly. This level of attention and care was unheard of for me, and it built a great deal of trust, knowing that someone was genuinely invested in the wellness of my eyes. I am deeply appreciative of the exceptional care I received from Dr. Clifton and her wonderful staff. Looking forward to continued care from Dr. Clifton in the coming year.

I found this place through my current insurance provider as a recommended physician for my eye care needs. The office was very neat and clean, not a long wait before being called to the back. All the ladies were great and very knowledgeable about my insurance and care. Dr. Deana was very thorough with everything from the beginning to the end. Made me feel comfortable and welcomed and encouraged me to take my time to be sure we were approaching my eye problems properly. After my exam she gave me a set of lenses to try out and I even got to pick a pair of frames on the first day with Michelle that everyone agreed were the best fit for me, she was able to provide the estimated costs and how it can be paid in advance or partially and the remainder in full once they were ready for pickup. Overall, it was a great experience and I look forward to getting my new glasses with them soon.

Dr. Clifton was absolutely amazing! She has such warmth and a natural way with kids -- my 6-year-old daughter actually enjoyed her eye exam. The clinic itself is beautiful, welcoming, and offers everything in one place -- from thorough exams to a great selection of eyeglasses. It was such a smooth, fun experience from start to finish. Highly recommend Clifton Eye Clinic for anyone, especially families with little ones!
