You can call them all day long to make an appt but they won't answer the phone. It's not worth wasting your time, I hope this place either gets more staff or closes.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Their customer service over email is disgusting. Very combative. Won't answer the phone so have to email them and whoever is working the emails needs to be retrained or replaced. I will never go here just based on issues with trying to make an appointment. If they are rude before you become a customer I can't imagine how I'd be treated as an actual customer. I'll stick with Americas Best.

I called the office over 50 times in 2 weeks at both the Shreveport and bossier locations. I left several messages on the voicemail as the phone operator instructed and never heard back from them. It was extremely frustrating because I've already used my insurance and I couldn't even get a copy of my prescriptions. When I did finally get ahold of someone there they said they'd be there until 330 and when I showed up at 11 I thought they took an early lunch so I waited until 130 just to find out they weren't even coming back.

Do not try calling and expect a staff member to answer the phone, you will get the answering machine every time. I attempted to reach someone the entire day and finally gave up and inconvenienced myself by driving to the location, for them to have a closed sign up for the day around 4pm when they clearly close at 5pm.

The doctor is great, but the front staff is rude. Today I had an appointment for 1:30. Their system was down so she couldn't verify my insurance, but instead of calling to tell me that they allowed me to drive over. I live over an hour away. I wouldn't have driven over had I known I wasn't going to be seen. The girl on in the front clacked her nails and had a super rude with me.

Awesome experience, was in and out in less than 30 minutes but did not feel rushed at all, they were more than willing to help me and answer all questions I had. Would definitely go here again!!! Thank you guys so much! Great and fast service

I went in October 2022 for eye exam. In the room, Dr Kelly took maybe one minute or so for my exam.only two checks per eye. The new glasses were horrible. Then I had an injury and had to have spinal reconstructive surgeries, two which were done in late November. The wait period was due to having both a neurosurgeon and a Vascular Surgeon. I didn't ever have a chance to see Dr Kelly before the 90 day limit was up. I was able to go in late January. I went to his office, employee said I was past due date but she would talk to Dr Kelly and call me the next day. A call never happened. This made me feel slighted. I was an over 15 year customer. I will not be any longer. I have an appointment with an Ophthalmologist. My eyes are now a hot mess. Thanks for nothing, Mr. Dr Kelly.

They DO NOT answer the phone... They are NOT open hours that they have listed. I had to be transfered by Vision 4 Less & they were already gone around 4:30.. I went in at 11am to get my prescription fixed and they do not take patient between 10:30-1pm. Blamed not answering the phone on being short handed. They must have been short handed for years.
