I went today for the first time and after meeting the staff here, I'am so impressed! Everyone is very friendly and attentive. The reason I began looking for a new place to get my lenses and frames is because I was very uncomfortable with the place I was going to and I didn't mind seeing if I could get them at a more affordable price. I was really thinking I'd have to pay same amount or so and my main concern was finding a better place where I just felt more comfortable. And to my surprise I found both!!! I'm really looking forward to getting my new glasses and seeing the staff again, this will probably prompt me to get my exams when it's recommended and not procrastinate when it comes to buying frames and lenses due to "price shock". Some of the reviews mention they have a good selection of lenses and that's very true..... I was very impressed. The other place I was going to also had a limited selection and that was another reason why I wanted to try another place. I'm so glad I found this place!!!

I personally love this place. My family and I, we all love this place. My son oldest son is 11yrs old. And he's been getting glasses here since he was 6yrs old. They have a huge selection to choose from. The prices cannot be beat in my opinion. The staff all are very nice and approachable. I'll always come here as long as they continue to be in business. I recommend everyone I know here.

First I would like to address the owner who probably has no clue the lady working August 2,2024 Is not good for business. She is beyond Rude. She has a know it all attitude. She argued with me that she can't accept medicad because I had davis insurance . I tried to explain my son doesn't have my insurance anymore. He has medicad. She argued with me telling me it doesn't matter since I have davis I had to pay for his cash. She has no customer service skills . Maybe she should be sent to training . You can't have a money making business if you hire and allow employees to speak to people like she does. She has no clue .she is not anykind of happy she is a miserable person. My advice don't allow her to help customers shop. Maybe put her on bathroom duty

January 2023 was the first time using thise business, after having a horrible experience with Vision for Less. The entire staff is knowledgeable and so polite. Owner even helped with procedure of how to handle issue I had with other business. I have suggested this business to friends and family. No one can compete with their atmosphere nor the prices. Keep up the good work Ms. Cheryl and staff.

After many pairs of glasses and being a very long term client I kicked these birds to the curb. I had many reservations about the owner's attitude however, on my last visit my suspicions were confirmed . She is just not a nice person and she did not stand behind the product in which she sold. For that I walked out of the place for the last time and went to a A reputable company whom stand by the company's word. Good bye forever .

Well I've been going to Payless Optical for several years but after my treatment the past two visits, that's going to change. My frame was broken and came in to get a fix. The lady was busy watching a video on her phone and said with the number of employees she had she could not get to the warehouse for a few days. Keep in mind this was my only pair of glasses that I owned but I said that fine. Two days later I called and the lady said they weren't ready. I emphasized that I needed my glasses. The lady then placed the phone down and mocked me to her coworkers, repeating what I said "I need my glasses" and then said to her coworkers "I need a vacation" Then weirdly she called 30 minutes later and said they were ready. So I hurried to get there so I could see again and the lady that helped me couldn't for one minute STOP playing her casino game on her iPad! I wouldn't recommend this place after this experience, to anyone. She freaking mocked me! Totally uncalled for and extremely unprofessional.

We have been going here for years for my childrens glasses. It's hard to find an optical dispensary that takes Medicaid.I went there for myself recently. As always, the staff was friendly and courteous. I would have rated 5 stars; however, they did not offer an adjustment (and they never did for my kids either). Something that is always needed to get your glasses straight and feeling proper.

worst experience ever! !! When glasses were ordered they were given both insurance cards. They only filed one, called 2 weeks!! later to say it had been denied because there was another insurance. I told her they had been given both then she told me it would be another 3 to 4 MONTHS before grand daughter would get her glasses!! told then to cancel it! !! Beware when we went in to order the glasses the son was calling customers to let them know their glasses were in. Then when he hung up the mother and him would make fun of the customer they just called. All this gong on while we were trying to get ours ordered. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! !
