Dr Planchardss staff is friendly and professional. They are extremely knowledgeable and go out of their way to ensure the comfort of their patient during every procedure. Dr Planchard is a fantastic eye doctor who takes time to thoroughly explain what's going on with my eyes and if neccessary, what the best course of action is for any discrepancy. My whole family sees Dr Planchard, and we're all very pleased with our experiences with his office.

Employees are very friendly and professional. I was called to start my eye exam within ten minutes of my appointment time. Dr Planchard is very friendly and thorough. I feel confident that I am getting the best medical care for my eyes.

I always have a great experience when I first walk into Dr.Planchard office. The optical lady was very rude and disrespectful. I purchased some glasses for 150.+ tax. A month later the frame bend. The lenses were too thick for this type frame . I told her and she accused me of bending it myself. Anyway I paid too much and I'm too old to play with my glasses. So she made me an alternative with $50.00 cash. That didn't sound right but I did it. I use my debit card instead. I ask her did the glasses come with a warranty. I only had them a month. She started belittling me. Saying I've been doing this for 20+ years. The frames didn't bend by themselves, all of these frames n the front of customers. She said " I can do my business some where else. Dr. Planchard want be giving you any more eye exams. I left with my glasses bend. I left and gave her a piece of my mind. I gave her $150+ tax then an extra $50.00. I will never do business with her on the optical side again.

All of the staff is friendly, polite, and professional. The doctor is very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. Even when I had to contact Dr. Planchard after hours, he was patient and gracious.

The office personnel and physician assistant were very efficient. I felt comfortable in their care. Dr. Planchard was very thorough with my eye exam. I am pleased with the service I received today.
