My wife and I met Dr. Nwafor for the first time today. We were very impressed with her knowledge and her friendly disposition. She gave us a lot of information on my condition and how to better take care of my eyes. We will recommend her to our family and friends. All A's in all categories.

First of all, the office rescheduled me a couple of times and I was ok with that. When I went to go for my appointment, my driver and I went to the wrong address. I called to explained that we were having trouble finding the office. Anyway, I was told that I had a 15 minutes grace period. Of course we got there approximately 6 minutes later than 15 minutes. We had called several times and got no answer to ask for the address. When we got there they refused to see me. The receptionists said I was too late- 6 minutes. This was my first visit and I felt awful. I'm 82 years old and they could give me 6 minutes more. I do not blame the doctor because I had no encounter with her but I thought the receptionist was awful to me. They rescheduled my appointment for the next day. Very discouraged .
