I had a horrific experience at LensCrafters in Lafayette La. I went in saw Dylan and he got my glasses ordered and I got exact same meta glasses same everything warranty was WAY CHEAPER than LensCrafters and Dylan, the manager was WAY MORE PROFESSIONAL than Christi at LensCrafters. To my surprise it cost me almost half of what they charged me at LENS CRAFTERS. this will def be my go to place.

I enjoyed my visit at Crowley Vision Center very much last week! After my only pair of glasses broke unexpectedly, I called to schedule an appointment and they got me in ASAP! The staff was extremely pleasant to work with from my first call to schedule an appointment to the very end! Dr. Le is wonderful at what he does, and I felt like he was really patient with me while he did the exam. Also, big thank you to Kissie, who was SO patient with me from the start and while I picked out my frames! She never rushed me and was always happy to give her opinion until I found the perfect pair of glasses!! I'm very excited to continue going here since the customer service was wonderful, and now it is so much closer to me than Lafayette! 10/10 recommend!
