Excellent service. Sadia was very helpful, kind, and understood our needs. She was well-informed about the entire process and guided us in making the best decision. Very attentive and friendly. There are beautiful eyeglass frames and a wide variety. The staff speaks Spanish.

I called and asked for an eye exam. I was able to go same day. When I arrived, I was told "Oh you didn't do the online survey." Weird greeting, I said I was not informed of an online survey, no problem I did it on the ipad real quick. I asked the price, and I was told $69. I went in the back for the screening. I happened to mention I wanted contacts. She was like contacts ok. The doctor was very friendly even gave me a trial pair since I was completely out. I went to check out, she says "Oh, you changed it to contacts? It's $129.99." I was like wow ok I guess I'll have to pay now but I would have appreciated if someone on the phone or when I was at the counter or even anyone in the back mention the price difference. I'm used to having vision insurance I was not aware of the price difference. I paid and then she said something weird about my prescription would be finalized after 7 days of me wearing the trial pair. I said I have to wait 7 days to finalize a prescription for the exact lenses I've been wearing for 24 years? She was like oh nevermind. Super bizarre and off-putting customer service experience. Idk if it was a fluke experience, but I felt they could use more training. An unexpected $60 is not something anyone should be dealing with in this economy.

The staff was professional and courteous. The exams were very fast and efficient. Sadia was extremely helpful in choosing my frames and lense options. Sadia was very nice and even helped to lower my final bill. Great experience.

Doctor was good. Staff not so much. So I tried to schedule an appointment. The lady told me that there were eight people in front of me and to sit down and wait. She then went off and did something else. Nobody came and checked on me for about half an hour until I asked somebody. If they could please set an appointment. I go back for my appointment and the doctor was fine. The lady checking me in told me I had been there 2 weeks before I told her flat out. No it's been a year they had to recheck. She was looking at the wrong file and I hadn't been there in a year after I saw the doctor and they did dilation. The lady then proceeded to tell me that I had to open my eyes as big as I possibly could so she could take a picture so she could see where my pupils were and my glasses. Please keep in mind that I have strabismus my pupils are never aligned correctly and they had just dilated my eyes in a very bright room without sunglasses on it was. It's hard to keep my eyes open so I told her I will just order my glasses online. Please just give me my prescription. I left and I will never go back

I visited this place and the service was phenomenal. Shelley helped me make some good decisions about the glasses I needed. Great variety of glasses and good prices.

Shelley was wonderful to talk to and very informative. Her favorite colors are purple, blue, pink, mint green, and turquoise green. It was quite refreshing to speak to someone with such good taste in colors and glasses.

They were busy today without a manager but did a great job. I didn't have to wait long for any part of the appointment. Shelley was the one who really took the time to sit there and explain everything to me, calmed me down when I was upset about the price and helped me get exactly what I want/need. She deserves a raise! Great employee, very personable and helpful. Dr. Ta was amazing as well, very thorough and answered all of my questions.

I was very pleased with the prompt service I received today. Shelley was very helpful. Definitely will be back when needed. Thanks for everything
