Advanced Family Eyecare

I've been a patient at this clinic since they opened (or near to it) and have never had a single issue. The staff is knowledgeable and respectful of their patients' time. We've seen Dr Fontenot and Dr Fawcett and have zero complaints. In all at least 15 or 16 years I've gone there, I've never once had to wait and extended amount of time for my appt to start. They have competitive contact and glasses prices and many glasses to choose from. When we've had emergencies, they get us right in, and they ALWAYS call you back. I recommend them to everyone.

I was exceptionally impressed with the customer service provided by the entire staff during my visit. Everyone demonstrated remarkable politeness and efficiency. I had been experiencing persistent issues with my contacts for years, and my previous provider was unable to resolve the problem. However, Dr. Fawcett efficiently resolved my issues within minutes. She exhibited genuine concern for my needs as a patient and displayed exemplary courtesy. I am so happy to have made the switch to Advanced Family Eyecare.

Me and my family started coming here last year cause the other eye care service we had was not in net work. Well in the last year they have found things that were done by the other place that were not right and have corrected them. The other place we would sit and wait for hours to he seen here we are in and out in no time. The other place told my son he needed glases got them and when we switched to advance eye care he was told he didnt need them. Another thing my husband was told he needed glasses got them and had not wore them for the whole last year cause they were not right and was told you have to get use to them. Well today he picked up his new glasses from advanced eye care and the joy he has about being able to see is amazing. Thank you advance eye care yall have brought joy,life and light back to my husband and family. We could never thank you enough. Our whole family now comes here and will we will always recommend yall. I took my elderly mother to Advanced Family Eyecare, and I was so impressed! The doctor and staff were so friendly and explained everyhing so that we could both understand. I would recommend them to anyone, including my family and friends.

I went in for a new patient visit due to insurance, and I was in and out of there within 30 mins. I did not feel judged as I have in the past for not exactly being the "best" contact lens wearer. The optometrist actually recommended contacts that fit my habits instead of spending the time lecturing me about what I was doing wrong. Everyone was friendly and helped move the appointment along without it feeling rushed.

Dr Fontenot and his wife have a excellent practice along with a very friendly experience employees. They also have huge selection of eyeglasses. Call them for a eye exam.

I have been coming here for exams for over half a decade now and I would recommend them to any and everyone! They alway have a great selection of frames to choose from as well as top notch contacts even for those with astigmatism. If you have cataracts, this place will refer you to a wonderful doctor who will restore your eyesight beautifully with modern technology as opposed to just giving you a diagnosis and telling you, you should do something about it, like other places will do. This place accepts all sorts of insurances and appointments are always relatively quick, they won't hold you hostage for hours trying to get an eye exam completed. The eye doctors here will go above and beyond to have you seeing 20/20 again!

Dr. Fontenot took the time to thoroughly explain every aspect of my eye health. I have worn glasses/contacts for over 30 years now and he taught me things that I never knew! It was my first visit here and Dr. Fontenot and his staff were very friendly and accommodating! I'm very happy that I found such a great place for my annual eye exams and any other issues with my vision that may arise!
