I went to them before, then they stopped excepting my insurance, When I learned they started taking my Insurance, I was passed excited! They are the best! Mr. Paul is always so warm and inviting, the Dr.'s are awesome, the front desk staff are too! When picking your frames, it's never a rushed process! I could go on and on, but you get my drift! As long as they're in business, they get my business! Thanks Y'all!

After coming to these people for 6 years in a row and counting , they had the nerve to hang up on me when I was trying to schedule and appointment to get my eyes checked with them for like the 8th time . I purchased a pair of frames every single year from them for like 8 years in a row. I'm so disappointed with these people, to be treated like this sucks after spending my money with them year after year.

As a repeat customer I love the service. It starts with sign in. I am always welcomed and taken back within a reasonable amount of time. I usually see Dr. Moncada whom is above amazing. She takes her time with her exams. She actively listens to your concerns and offering solutions to them. She is one of the first Optician's I have seen that uses so many tools to provide the best eye exam to been done on me. Her bedside manner is impeccable! She makes an uncomfortable exam please at and informative. On the other hand today I saw Dr. Ochsner. He was just as professional and good. Only hiccup was my nose ring being tugged on by the equipment. It made for a funny story at an eye exam and break the ice kind of deal. Lastly back to the front desk who make sure you have what you need. The lady who always helps me is amazing and very knowledgeable about her job. Then the optician assistant who is patient and kind as the front desk lady. Both beautiful spirits. They all make my experience a love story to tell you all.

The absolute best in the business! They are so quick and so helpful. The staff are the most kind and caring people. The owner is in at any given time and she is a terrific lady too. They have an excellent program to help you out if you are down on your luck too. They can even offer same day service and a wide selection of great looking frames. The nice ladies will even help you pick out your new frames if you like. There really is no place quite like Saint Optical. The staff went above and beyond today with helping me and getting me the proper care. Mrs. Jennifer the doctor that seen me today provided great care she went above and beyond and she's someone who takes pride in the care she gives her patients. I highly recommend everyone in the Parish to go see them over at Saint Optical the best in the town.

I called them ahead of time to find out if they accepted outside prescriptions for eyeglasses and they told me they did. My wife and I went in under the presumption that we could get our glasses there and the lady at the counter told us that they don't accept outside prescriptions and was very rude with us. If this is the attitude that you're going to have with potential customers then we will NEVER come back for anything with your establishment nor will we ever recommend this business to anyone. I have never or will never tolerate being treated like that by anyone, especially someone in customer service.

Hands down best experience I've ever had in purchasing sun glasses. I was working in the area and broke my sunglasses. The store was closed due to the hurricane but the owner Cheryl met me there and helped me pick out the perfect pair of Costas all with no power. She made me feel like family! Best customer service and prices I've ever come across. I can't recommend them enough!!!
