The reception and exam staff was very friendly and made you feel at ease, that is when you finally get back to see someone. I sat there for over an hour waiting to be seen. Ok, not enjoyable but you understand things happen. The exam was done by his staff and they were friendly enough. One girl never smiled at all. Ok, people have bad days. You have to have some grace in life. Finally I meet the Dr. and was very underwhelmed. He seemed to rush out interaction, talked really fast and never truly explained what was going on with me to the point I dealt comfortable with. Maybe it was an off day so I rate this 3 stars. I've not picked up my glasses because they were sent to a different location because they don't except my insurance for glasses. He did say that I may not be able to see very well out of them, which is very odd and alarming to say the least, otherwise what is the point of seeing him.

Best Dr ever! Loves his patients and remembers us. He takes very well Care of his patients and his staff one of the sweetest man I've ever met. He isn't just wanting you for a check he since Care about his work, and if you were comfortable and if you feel you have had all your questions answered. Highly recommend him to anyone. The woman there in the front people are so sweet and no matter what questions you ask you don't seem to bother them or Seem to be annoyed by you. Also, give really great advice on what glass look the best on you!

This place started off a few years ago as an amazing eye center. My husband is a 100% disabled veteran and used his VA health care to get his eyes checked here. Then sends the prescription over to the VA to get his glasses. Before the son took over my husband would have accurate prescriptions. Now 3+ years later his prescriptions are ALWAYS wrong. My husband has a astigmatism and bad eyes. So we understand it takes a good eye doctor to get his prescription correct. However, we went twice less than 2 weeks apart to get his prescription checked. Within two weeks both of the prescriptions were different. They do NOT care. My husband broke his last pair of glasses he owns and has been using since he got his correct prescription over 3+ years ago. Now my husband has wrong prescriptions and plenty of glasses that are not the correct prescription and there is nothing we can do. It's disgusting how WRONG this office is. They will blame the VA and say that they do not make the glasses correct, however we finally spoke to so many different people at the VA and this is incorrect. They just don't want to take blame for years of wrong prescriptions. The wait time to be seen is also beyond ridiculous.

Didn't know what to expect when I made the appointment as I have never dealt with a civilian eye Dr. before. Dr. LeBlanc and all his staff make you feel right at home and really listen to the vision issue your experiencing. I went in wanting to get referred for a touch up laser eye surgery but after speaking with Dr. Leblanc and researching what he said to verify I'm glad he advised me not to. I highly recommend.

Horrible place of business, made an appointment by phone, was asked about the insurance, gave them the name and everything was good. Day of the appointment they told us that the insurance didn't cover glasses but did cover the eye exam. They gave us the exam,and about an hour later they called to let us know that our insurance don't cover the exam. They admitted that they have made a mistake by telling us that the insurance was good. They want to charge us knowing the insurance company will not pay. I Feell like they are running a scam by telling customers their insurance is good and having the patient signing an agreement that if your insurance doesn't pay it will fall on the patient. Horrible customer service.

I've been here 2-3 times with either my children or myself and sat in the waiting room for anywhere between 30 min to an hour. Terrible. And they make no apologies either. Additionally, we've ordered glasses for our kids and were told they would arrive in a few weeks and it took about 6 weeks. And we had to physically go to their office to find out- they didn't bother calling and telling us there would be a delay. It's worth your time and gas money to travel to Alex or Lake Charles for a better experience.

Dr LeBlanc is a wonderful, Spirit filled, right on time doctor. I needed help to make my eyes stop watering cause I had dry eyes. He fixed me up real good. The staff are fantastic, friendly and know what they are doing. He is very accurate and knows all about your eye care. A Godly man & very knowledgeable.
