The clerk that answered the phone was very rude. I told her that I misplaced my insurance card yet she could look the computer to verify my information because it was the same. She informed me that she didn't have time to do that and I needed to call back when I find the card. Who tells a customer that they do not have time to look up information when she already had my name and date of birth with a computer in front of them? Bad for business. I will never recommend this place to anyone and if anyone asks me to will tell them to find another clinic to go to.

I use Gandy Eye Care for my optometrist. Dr. Stacy is the doctor I always see. She jokes around and makes you feel like you're a home. They have good people that work there and I really appreciate the way the doctors and staff make you feel. I highly recommend using them.
