The Dr. is very thorough and you can tell that pt care is top priority. I really like that feeling of being appreciated and that the Dr. can explain everything I need to know about my eye health. The staff are always helpful and friendly. They know their stuff when it comes to helping me pick out glasses and the lenses are so clear. Much better experience than the ...I won't mention the chain opticals I have tried in the area... so I would highly recommend anyone to Chiasson Eye Care!!!

The best front desk customer service experience we've ever had in Thibodaux. The staff and doctors were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the visit. You never feel rushed or treated like just another patient. Highly recommend!

Chiasson Eyecare Center is where my wife and I both go. We have so much trust in Dr. Buisson and her incredible staff. Amy Melancon has helped me twice select the right glasses. She is always so present and genuinely cares about us. We have recommended several friends and will continue to do so.

An hour and 20 mins and didn't even see a doctor. Waited 40 minutes past my appointment to even get called back did the pre exam thing got into the room let 20 mins pass before I decided enough was enough. I had to leave work for this appointment so I lost out on money to not even get my eye exam. I have never had this problem here. Usually in and out. I understand waiting 20-30 mins past an appointment to see a doctor. I get it but an over an hour is crazy.

I raced all the way to Thib from Houma the second I heard the voicemail that my glasses had been repaired/replaced. I get here 6 minutes before they are closed, but the door has a closed sign hanging on it already. I get it that 6 minutes before the store closes is cutting it close, but why wouldn't they be open until the time that it says they are closed. There is an employee vehicle on the side, and none of the three times that I called did anyone pick up the phone. I also have a job in which the business opens and closes at set times. Still even then, I have to show up 30 minutes before it even opens. I sometimes have to work past the time it closes as well. I'm not trying to be a "Karen" It would just have been nice for them to at least pick up the phone to see what the guy standing out in front of the main entrance was calling for. Had they picked up the phone they would have realized that I was just calling to pickup something that didn't involve doing any extra work... just another night that I can't really see all that well because the employees would rather put the closed sign on earlier than the posted close time and wouldn't pick up the phone. I wonder if they stopped getting paid 6 minutes before close time too since they sure as hell didn't work the last 6 minutes of their workday...

Dr B is a great Dr. Very attentive and helpful in communicating your eye care needs. Her staff is all very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in closing out what Dr B has recommended in getting you the best in what you need.
