First time being in, like someone else said a little difficult to locate. There was another Optometrist sign out front and a 205 on the front, it was the right place after all! Not the Shell in the other pics. Staff were nice, took a bit to get through appointments but there was three of us after all. All in all, good experience and we will back next year!

I brought my son for his annual yesterday 4/15/2024.. The lady at the front desk. Blonde hair lady with glasses was very rude. She did not want to pull up his insurance so we left and rescheduled with another eye clinic that treats us nice. When I set the appointment no one told me to have his medical card. If someone did, then I would've tried to get proof of insurance prior to the appointment. He has been here before and it was no issue pulling it up. Several people around town told me about their same experience with this same lady at the front desk.

My eyes were itchy and draining. I was told when I first went there after the ophthalmologist looked at my eyes that I had a bacterial infection and sher prescribed me drops. I put the drops in for a week. Came back and she said the infection was gone so we went ahead with the eye exam. They dilated my eyes but after doing so they didn't give me any of the normal glasses that are usually given to go out into the sunlight. I was by myself! After 1 day of not putting the drops in my eyes my eyes were back to itching and draining again...come to find out, it was allergies!!

(Winnfield location) First time visiting since Dr. Walker left. I dont like that I can not contact the office directly and we have to go though a call center. One time I was the 14th caller waiting. The wait time to see the Dr. is longer than I was use to. But I really liked Dr. "B" and Jennifer.

Making an appointment was very easy and I had to even cancel my second one and they set me up another one for a week later, which was perfect for me..the staff is very friendly, love the waiting area, the wait time was even ok..the only complaint I have was that it could have been a little cooler in there..it was warm that day and they could have turned the air up...but great experience..
