The price is their contracts are competitive with 1800 contacts. Wonderful experience, thorough eye exam with new to me technology and explanations-- I've been wearing glasses for 10 years and finally wanted contact lenses. I was impressed with their professionalism and pretty space.

Very classy office. My entire family felt very comfortable as soon as we entered the building. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Dr. Dugas is amazing. She explicitly explained the issue with my sister's eye. I was nervous about getting contacts but she made me feel very comfortable. She took her time to show me how to put the contacts in and the daily upkeep. This is the best eye clinic in the world!

I love this office! Very friendly and helpful staff. Everyone is cheerful and makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. Dr. Dugas is amazing with adults and kids. She explained everything to me and my little ones. This office is by far the best Eye clinic I have been to for myself and my 4 girls ages 17, 10, 8, and 5.

My husband and I had the best experience since switching to The Focal Point! The staff is very welcoming, the design of the office is aesthetically pleasing, & the customer service is top notch! The Doctors were friendly and knowledgeable! Kristy Acosta is the best, very friendly and made helpful recommendations for my husbands eye glass frames! Definitely recommend The Focal Point!

Very nice place with a waiting room big enough to host a cocktail party... just don't cancel on them. My wife got sick and called to reschedule a booked appointment, and was informed that she would be charged $100 for the cancellation. Consider it a severance... we will be going somewhere else from now on.

Love the staff at Focal Point! Dr. Dugas is very professional and thorough in her examinations and explains everything in detail so there is no confusion. The rest of the staff are equally friendly and helpful, making sure that they're customers are wholly and completely satisfied! Love it!!!

Very happy with my switch to Focal Point two years ago. Dr. Dugas and her staff are very professional. Welcoming clean atmosphere! The team are always willing to provide an understanding of exams being performed and what your eyes may need to remain healthy. Great selection of eyeglasses and outstanding opticians. I have recently purchased my second pair of eyeglasses from here. The optician Lindsey remembered my preference on eyeglass style and had 5 pairs ready to try on after my eye exam. This made it comfortable and easy to make a decision. Highly recommend!

The doctor at this facility is very kind, all of the techs are sweet as well. I enjoyed my experience with all of them however I had a bit of a frustrating experience when I was unexpectedly charged over the cost I was given when I scheduled the appointment. I did ask multiple times and did inform the staff I did not want anything not covered by my insurance and unfortunately I was Not heard and did walk out paying almost 10x times what I was initially told to expect the cost to be. The communication about this was not there and It felt misleading and I felt taken advantage of. There were no remedies or options or explanations, I was just handed a total and that was that. Had I been informed of the costs and of my options, I would have chosen not to schedule such an expensive appointment. While discussing this with them I felt as if they thought I should just know these things or that I was wrong for being frustrated because that's "just how insurance works" but I was not told about any additional costs and it felt deceptive. I have only had one receptionist be ugly/rude and the other has taken multiple calls to help me rule out confusion and has willingly worked with me through this situation. My main complaint is I was not informed of my costs and options even when I was very clear that I did not want anything not covered by insurance. The unexpected cost of the appt prevented me from moving forward to order more glasses or contacts. Which is upsetting. I didn't intend to post a review however after scrolling through other reviews and seeing other people had the same experience and hearing similar stories from other customers I felt it should be said somewhere so people can be aware and get a total breakdown of costs before moving forward with any examinations. I did have to return to this facility after this experience and my frustration has grown. I was seen for an eye infection/irritation & I was prescribed eyedrops and paid a high amount for this appt. After the appointment I had a reaction to the prescription given to me and had to be seen for a follow up, the follow up and the prescription given to me to correct the reaction to the previous prescription cost me another $100. I then had to have a follow up to the first follow up to see if my vision was permanently, altered from the reaction and was charged another $80 for the second follow up. And that fee did not include the exam to check the change in my prescription from the reaction I had to the prescribed drops. I received a very snippy response with very little explanation when I asked about the costs of the follow up appointments. I have not experienced such high appointment/exam costs and especially not follow up costs at other facilities. I find it frustrating that yet again, the communication is not there. You are not forewarned of any costs until after the appointment. And if you ask questions about charges/cost they tend to be quite short and ugly with you. Dr. Duggas is very sweet. I really enjoy her care, but I sadly will not be returning after my last few experiences with the billing receptionist and the high follow up appointment costs. I understand the cost of care can be high, but no one should be treated with an ugly attitude because they politely ask for a breakdown of appointment costs. No one should be made to feel less than when asking about their bill.
