Optimal Vision Care

I've been a patient here for two years now. I appreciate how thorough every exam is. I never feel rushed and Doc answers all my questions and explains everything...even things I don't know to ask. He takes time to figure out the right answer for each individual. No generic good enough answers. His staff is phenomenal, both welcoming and efficient. I highly recommend OVC for those in our community.

Dr. Tran gives a very thorough examination and the staff keeps you informed and comfortable throughout the entire process, answering any questions you might have. Friendly, professional , and accommodating. It's the only medical appointment that I don't dread going to. I'd gladly recommend Optimal Eye Care to anyone without reservation. L.Wolf Boudreaux.

Dr. Tran, well he is good. Behind the front desk i had a very good experience. Overall i have been in corrective lenses most of my life and i believe Dr Tran is the best optometrist i have encountered. So why not 5 stars you say? Well, i like to believe the optometrist is a full service organization. I got glasses this time around and they took a while to get one, and two when i got them they werent adjusted. Easy things to correct, and we will be back. Just make sure you dont leave unless its "correct".

Staff are friendly and the office is clean. However, I had bad results with my glasses. The lenses started to significantly crack within two weeks of wear. They ordered a new pair with the same result. Also, the frame that I was recommended to get did not fit on my face well and we're crooked. 30 minutes of adjustments did not help. I've been wearing glasses for 15 years and have not had as much trouble as I did here. Will not return which is a shame because they are so close to home

I have to say. after my original eye dr close and move out of state being with him for a few year and they recommended us to go to Dr. Phong Tran I have to say I am really impress and absolutely satisfied wtih the service and the eye exam , I had all test ran even the one that is not covered by insurance I paid for those exam and glad I did. my past experience getting glasses from vision for less and americas best was a complete disaster and wasted Insurance allowance on the eyeglasses which were never done right. my past time I went to Williamson Eye Center and hated it had lots of problem because there medical assistant was the one who actually did the exam which I thought was not right and not the dr , glasses never came out right and couldn't see. I got my glasses from Optimal Vision Care and absolutely love them and glad I got them done at there office , Thanks to the assistant Mr Tang ( I hope the spelling is right ) was very good at what he does in helping me pick the right frame and size making sure they will work for me and picking the right progressive lens option as well. a week later I get a call and pick them up and had no problem they fit and work for me very good. I definitely recommend optimal vision care ,

The front staff was friendly, the doctor's assistant and Dr Tran was very friendly and answered any questions I had. The glasses selection was minimal, so they really need to increase their glasses selection. I haven't received my glasses yet, so I'm hoping I have no issues with that. I will update after I receive them.

The front desk was rude They are apparently hiring but the front desk doesn't want to be replaced so she has an attitude when called.. . I was just trying to be cordial and show initiative Don't bother getting your eyes checked here. The front desk doesn't want the company to improve in any way.

All staff members were remarkable and provided a phenomenal experience for me as a new patient! I highly recommend Optimal Vision Care for anyone seeking an eye doctor or eye services in the Zachary area!!!
