It looks like doctors time is very important but not patients. Visited clinic in morning hours but doctors was absent. Then visited clinic in evening at 7.50pm but was told no appointment will be taken after 8pm. I politely asked to check since the last patient was with doctor and next one would be me but receptionist asked to come tomorrow even though still 10 min were remaining for 8pm closure
