Been trying to get in for the past 3 years and supposedly their patient list is always full what a joke.

I had a hard time with a reception of sir. I am elderly disabled man 50 si. Have a hard time understanding might need things said to me twice. So I understand and the receptionist which you would think would be all nice. And help out everyone to gethe place of where they work business. It took me a little too long. I guess to tell her what I needed to say and what I needed to know and then she s. Y, ED Over the phone at least 2 or 3 times like she didn't want to be bothered with. I really wonder, is this healthy this establishment or is it just the receptionist? That treats disabled elderly people in this banner. Other than that, I'm a humble man. I wish everyone happiness. And I sure hope they don't have to deal with the receptionist. That actually called me to make an appointment called me to make an appointment.

They are AMAZING! The office is beautiful, and everyone we spoke with was so nice and helpful. My daughter needed an appointment and they were super quick. Cannot get over what a wonderful experience we had. Thank you all, and we will definitely be back

Feel they did not honor the one year warranty. I received my glasses a year ago today. I broke my glasses last month and went to them for them to be repaired or replaced. They said my warranty was over and had to replace frames. They placed my lens in frames that do not adequately hold the lens. The frames are cheap and not the quality of the other frames I had. Of course I had to pay these cheap frames. I once thought they were nice but have changed my mind. Over expensive glasses from scam artists. Please when someone is looking for glasses, don't have someone stand over their shoulder judging their choices this is a major decision considering they cost well over 500 dollars.

had a wonderful visit. spent 700 bucks for eye exam and glasses...i do not have insurance....my trial contacts came in and they want to charge an extra 60 for fitting my contacts....not something ive ever heard of before in over 25 yrs of contacts
