It's a shame that I had to leave this practice. I have had my eye doctor here for a long time, but I came exactly 10 minutes late due to a very cold morning that my car wouldn't start, and was bumped. A new appointment couldn't be made when I needed, as I recently had eye surgery and desperately needed a new Rx. It's sad that the office staff are so inflexible. If I had been more than 10 mins late, I could see that they couldn't be flexible, but to be that rigid in upholding a policy to the exact minute and not even checking if the doctor could still see me, was unfortunate. I have left the practice so that I can get the eye care I need.

First visit there today after being disallowed to go to my long time Eye Care Medical Group for "routine" care. Dr. Boutin and all the staff were incredible!! Thorough, friendly, fun and pleasant to interact with. They took me on time and the exam was thorough. The Dr. also listened to my concerns and addressed them. Will be a permanent patient there from now on. Also, my portion as per insurance was half the price here compared to where I went last year in Gorham.

Doctor Wilson is a very bright sweet young lady, who cares about her patients and makes you feel like you really matter and she really cares. All staff was very friendly and the lady in the optical center was very helpful as I could not see hardly anything so she helped pick out frames that would look good on me. She was not pushy but very helpful. I love associated eye care I'm waterboro.

By far the most professional eye care professionals i have ever been to. From the moment you get there you are treated like you are their most important client they have. The office girls are friendly and thorough trying to get you the best for your buck with the insurance company. The doctors assistants that do the prep work are so professional I actually thought they were the doctor my first time there. Dr Sasha Bishop is absolutely on spot with her exams and and the depths of her testing. My eyes have never felt better or have i seen better since i have been going here. Picking out frames are easy as they know what looks good on certain faces. Highly recommend going to Associate Eye Care in East Waterboro they do not disappoint.

The techs are super rude and the office manager is too. She's completely useless if you have a complaint or issue with her staff. My family and I have been patients here for 6 years. Today is the last day! Going elsewhere. This place is super expensive too. Find a different option!

I was very disappointed this time when I went. The dr talked so fast I had a hard time understanding at times and made me feel like I was just a dollar sign. I think he spent maybe 10 minutes total with me. Then when I went out with my RX to the optician, she gave me what SHE suggested. Sorry but I was not about to pay $700 for a pair of glasses. SO we went to another local place Sacopee Valley Eye Care and got a beautiful pair with my Ed for $239. WOW what a difference. Save your money folks, go elsewhere because at Associated Eyecare you're just a number.
