The staff is friendly and accommodating from the check-in to check out crew. The opticians took care of a tune-up on both pair of my glasses with that same "the patient matters" attitude. I especially want to give a "high five" stars rating to Dr. Pelletier. She has a straight forward, educational and understandable approach to keeping me informed about the now of my visit, and what she is monitoring for the future health and treatment of my vision. She did not include the contact lens exam (an easy revenue bump) because it wasn't necessary this time around.

Started with super helpful staff when making the appointment, a thorough eye exam by Dr. Meagan Cousins (who has a great sense of humor and is clearly very knowledgable), checking out eye glasses with no pressure ending with another helpful staff when checking out. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased that Dr. Broderick listened to me and gave a lot of her time to listen and examine me. I have eye complications told her I was a hot mess and half way through she agreed. Instead of jumping to giving me a new prescription she wanted to go over my files as i am a new patient for her and look at her results. I go back in a week. Love thectime she gave to me.

Caring team! The reception/check out process is managed by warm and friendly people. I feel like my individual needs are genuinely cared about by Dr. Pelletier who explains everything carefully and answers all my questions. The optical department is always ready to help with everything from cleaning/adjusting my glasses to helping me choose new frames when my prescription changes. They take care to make sure all of my benefits are applied and do not try to upsell to more expensive frames. The Freeport location has easy access with lots of parking.

Everyone here is fantastic, especially Dr. Young. Not only was she enthusiastic, but competent. Above all else, she is competent and knowledgeable. Her work flow with me got me in and out faster than most and out of all optometrists I've been to, actually put in the effort and care to handle a unique challenge I have with my sight to find a resolution. The office near me wasn't able to accommodate an appointment, however, I am ecstatic about the services rendered to help with making sure I was fully taken care of. I appreciate everyone I spoke with and will recommend this office in the future.
