I'm having problems with the billing department and I have tried several times to talk to them. When I talk to a lady August the 18th I was told it was the surgery department I needed to talk to. It's about a bill not my surgery and she would not respond and I was connected to surgery. The person in the surgery department was very nice but she was not a billing agent so she could only read what was on my profile. I've tried to contact the person in charge of billing and they connected me over to leave a message and the phone rang for five minutes before I hung up. I then tried to call back but I was unable to talk to anyone at that time.
Not sure what is going on with the company but when you are unable to speak to anyone something is wrong.
