I had been a patient at Newport Eye Care when they had their Waterville location. I felt confident and comfortable with the care l experienced there. When that location closed I didn't want to end the history that had been established. I did not feel comfortable receiving care at another location just because it was in Waterville. I decided to make the trip to Newport Maine to their other location in order to receive the care l am used to. It's a short drive to maintain continuity and peace of mind.

It's always a great experience. Just little longer seeing the Dr. than expected. But what I like about the Dr. you can talk to her she has great personality. Which means a lot to me. I have seen Dr. Jones for years and she is top notch. Great Doctor. And I know she is busy.

There was a mix up with my appointment time (day), but, as always, the staff was very pleasant, polite, and professional. The Doctor followed suit, and takes whatever time is necessary to answer questions and explains her findings in detail. I look forward to my annual visits to Newport Eye Care.

I have been a client here for 4 years. It's absolutely the best place for eye care! Such a wonderful, friendly, caring staff and the facility is clean. They are thorough and make you feel very comfortable. If you have any questions, ask. They will give you their honest answer. Sitting in the waiting area was very interesting too, they had a program on for eye care that was very interesting and informative from diet to cataract surgery
