Strap in. I have been a patient here since 1990. That's 35 years if you don't want to do the math. I have been due for new glasses for three years now, and have been unable to secure an appointment in any reasonable amount of time. Today when I called, because my glasses are broken, they told me it was a year and a half. A. YEAR. AND. A. HALF! They could not even offer an alternative that takes my insurance. They don't have the resources to treat their current patients, and they can't even be bother to assist them in getting care elsewhere. I can not overstate how undervalued I feel as a patient of theirs. Service and care at this location have been degrading over the years and I feel they have finally found rock bottom. Don't even call them, look somewhere else. Advice from a 35 year patient, who will never return.

I have been a patient for well over 20 years and have always had great service.when trying to schedule a appointment I was told that the Dr that I had been seeing was no longer at the practice. I was then told at this time they were not scheduling any of her patients. I was told this in both locations, so much for trusting your office. Needing a exam for a medical reason I start calling around looking for a office taking new patients finally finding Eye Care Northeast who are taking new accounts. Very disapointed.

I am very disappointed in Gaetani Eye Care Associates. I have been going there for 33 years so I would say I am a dedicated patient and I have two children who have been going there for the past 13 years. the reason for this disappointment is because I have asked for my prescription so I can order some cheap glasses on line but unfortunately I have a balance due on one of my childrens account. I have never had any balance with them until now and thats because due to unfortunate circumstances and of course I plan on paying this off as soon as I can. They said its policy. How about being a devoted patient??

Gaetani Eye Care is the best that I've been to. The staff is friendly and helpful. When I had questions I had no problem speaking with Gaetani himself, and he always called back quickly if I left a message. I would certainly recommend Gaetani Eye Care to everyone!

We love going here. We moved down southern maine and got very poor service. We are now tavelng 4 hrs away because this is the best out of 4 eye docs that we have had. Love the staff and all who works there. Definitely worth the travel. :)

They take such great care of you! I came in with a concerning eye issue and they were super accommodating. I could tell they were genuinely concerned and wanted to get my issue taken care of!

Absolutely the best place for eye care, John is a master of his craft. Been a patient for years and am very happy with his service.
