I needed an appointment quickly for my daughter so she could get her driver's permit and they scheduled us as quickly as they could. The appointment went flawlessly, everyone was professional, courteous, and kind. Not only did they get us in quickly, but we were also able to leave that day with a new pair of glasses for my daughter.

If you are looking for an office to do an eye exam for a child younger than school aged, do not bring them here. I found this office listed through my vision insurance as accepting pediatric patients. When I called to schedule my two sons appointments I verified that they would be able to do exams for my 1.5 and 2.5 year old sons. The woman who scheduled the appointments said absolutely it wasn't a problem. This morning I took them in for their appointments and it was a nightmare. My older son went first and clearly did not want to participate in the first part of the exam where he was supposed to look into the machines. At 2.5, he wasn't able to comprehend what he was supposed to be doing. Look in the machine for the X, wait for the flash, look at the barn, etc. Since that wasn't working we tried the black and white book with the 3D glasses. Again, he obviously could not tell the tech which pictures were 3D... he's not even 3 years old. I knew there was no possible way my 1.5 year old son would be able to complete the exam either. Since we were already there I tried to push through with my oldest and they sat us in the exam room to wait for the doctor. When the tech left he left our door open that had a clear view to the reception desk. I watched the receptionist hand him his next patient clipboard and said "Here's your next one, it's the last one's little brother". I heard the tech respond with "Oh great, what am I supposed to do with this? He didn't do any of it". I KNEW the exam didn't go well with my oldest son, I could absolutely see that. But very clearly, this office does not have the capability of doing eye exams on young children, they should have never made appointments for my children in the first place. Instead of being patient and kind they chose to be rude and unprofessional since they clearly talked loud enough for me to hear them from the next room, while there was also a full waiting room next to them. We never saw the doctor, I chose to end the appointment and will be looking for an office that can actually accommodate young children.

This was the worst eye center I have ever been too.. They were so extremely rude and stuck up. When I tried calling them to explain how I didn't understand how the appointment went today the staff Marissa I believe Said she could not deal with this and hung up on me. I am so disappointed with this place & I highly suggest people to take a second look before booking an appointment here

I just went there for the 1st time Wednesday to get new glasses and after paying $102.00 for the new frames, they broke a day later after only putting them on my face and they split apart. They were trying to send me to another location to get another pair of frames. Not a fan of this place I'm sorry.

This eye care saved the day. I broke my frames on vacation they were able to find a reasonable frame that my lens fit in. The installed my lenses and I walked out with new glasses. Thank you

I have been very happy with Hersey Eyecare. I am switching over to them from the center I've been going to for over 10yrs.
