I have been going to Dr. Parks for at least 10 years. Appointments get taken in on time and I have never felt like he or the technicians were In a rush to get to the next patient. The prices for glasses run the gamut. When I couldn't afford frames costing hundreds of dollars, Vicky would pull out the budget box. There is nothing wrong with the ones that cost less, they are just discontinued frames. I bet you can't tell if someone's frame is this year's style or last year. They are great to work with.

Went there on Halloween day..Because in the Farmington area all the eye doctors were closed..I had a piece of metal in my eye that I needed out.. Called the Pittsfield office they said ya come on up got there got in and out in 15min..Every single person working that day were so nice..probably the best set of office personal I've ever met..was worth the hour drive for sure.
