I am impressed with my first experience with this business. I needed to get in for a stronger prescription asap and the lady got me an appointment the next day and I spent more time waiting in the lobby bc I showed up really early than it took for the exam to get the prescription for my new glasses! Easy peasy in and out just how I like 10/10

This Office was wonderful. As a new patient, right from my first phone call I felt cared for. Mary answered my call and was quite pleasant. She listened to me and wound up finding a cancellation spot where she fit me into a much sooner appt! All of the staff were kind and made for a comfortable atmosphere.
Upon looking at frames for a new prescription, Dakota helped guide me through picking the right pair. She was honest and upfront with all of my options. She made a couple of really good tips about glasses, and explained everything clearly.
I would recommend this place to anyone looking for eye care!

Terrible experience with the eyeglasses department. I bought expensive glasses with magnetic clip on shades, per the technician's recommendation. One of the tiny magnetic screws fell out after only a few months. When I went to have it repaired, they said the glasses needed to be sent to Connecticut for a simple repair and would take a week. When I said I couldn't wait that long, they handed back my glasses with BOTH screws now out. There was no concern for my situation nor any apology. Worst service I ever experienced and I'm almost 70. All they cared about was selling expensive frames and taking my money. Do not patronize this business!
