Worst eye care place ever in Topsham. I had an eye exam and when I received my glasses I knew right off my prescription was off. I tried telling the lady at the desk but she kept insisting I needed time. She was extremely rude and unprofessional like she honestly didn't want to hear my concerns. After I got my refund was informed I needed to find another eye doctor. The 2nd place I went to did in fact measure my eyes and made sure they fit correctly. The lady's computer solitaire game and her tea are more important than making sure the customer is taken care of and I expected this after all the money I spent.

Love Dr. Beau! He is a great eye doctor. My husband and I both go to him for eye care, and he has been more thurough than any other doc we have been to. Could have a bit better selection of eyeware, but having a doc that knows his stuff is worth everything! My old doc as testing my eyesight, would not give enough time between changing lenses for my eyes to adjust, so I could not tell which was better and hense my prescriptions were never right. He is slow at changing the machine lenses to give my eyes a chance to adjust and my glasses have been perfect ever since. Thanks Dr. Beau!!

I had a good experience here. I did have to book a couple months out, but I mean, people need glasses and these people are busy! Got an updated prescription and glasses. First lens prescription didn't quite work for my right eye and they were able to adjust my prescription and order me new lenses, no fuss and everyone was great. Beth was real helpful and I'm not good with names but the other ladies were great too. Definitely recommend! Quick and professional.

I am so happy with my daughter Rebekah's visit yesterday at Beau Eye Care! The ladies who greet you are very friendly and helped me when I was concerned with cost and they checked my plan to see what was covered. Dr. Peter was very professional and explained anything I did not understand. Chris who saw us after and showed how to put contacts in and made sure she was able to put in and remove. He had a great sense of humor was so patient even though it took her over an hour to remove them...he showed us different ways and tips. Thank you! I would highly recommend them.

I had no issues getting a timely appointment and Dr. Beau performed a very thorough eye exam. I have a perfect pair of glasses that fit well and I love them! The customer service was great and everyone was very personable and professional. I highly recommend Beau Eye Care!

I had an excellent experience at Beau Eye Care as a new patient. The doctor is very thorough, patient, and able to explain everything that is going on. The front office staff are extremely friendly and the waiting room is pleasant. I'd definitely recommend them for eye care.

I have been seeing this doctor for years. I started to visit his practice when he was located next to the Starbucks off the highway. Every time I have gone has been a pleasant experience. I typically just get a prescription from him and then fill it at Walmart and I have never had any trouble. I like the location of their new office, it's quiet and not busy.

Eye Dr. Never said a word to me except what was necessary to perform the exam. No explanation of costs of what was or wasn't covered by my insurance from the woman I ordered my glasses with. The sticker shock when I picked them up should not have happened. Poor professionalism and lack of transparency. I will not return or recommend.
