I went here for a consultation for my contact lenses and both the staff and the optician were very nice and polite. I also made my prescription sunglasses here and everything went well. They have a wide range of both frames and lenses. Highly recommend them: 10/10.

Very bad frame quality. After 2-3 months got wider and was very uncomfortable to wear. Brought it to the staff, it was the rude man who tried to fix them up which resulted in even worse shape and pain behind my ears. Staff is incompetent and the guy is not friendly. Poor quality of service and items.

This is the worst optical store I've ever been to. They change prices just by looking at you, and their customer service deserves a zero rating. Very bad and completely unsatisfactory experience.

I booked an eye test here, which was the least thorough one I have ever had, took around 2 minutes. I then chose frames and ordered glasses at a cost of over 300 euros. The glasses arrived and I went to collect them. After a few days of trying to wear them I could not get used to them at all. I went back and told them about the problem, they told me to carry on wearing them and my eyes would get used to them. A few days later I noticed that the original prescription strength from the eye test did not match the receipt given with the glasses. They had made one lens with completely the wrong prescription. I had to go back a third time. No-one apologised about it, and the guy who was on the shop floor greeting customers was rude and making me feel like I was causing the problem. Now, less than a year later, the lens that they replaced has become discoloured and is turning yellow. Poor service, expensive, rude staff

Very helpful service, friendly and insightful! Their priority is to help customers and not scam them for their money. Highly recommended!!! Ordered glasses and were ready the very next day, was sure it was a mistake but sure enough they were ready and perfect. Best opticians in Malta!!
