St. Paul's Opticians

We recently visited this place for an eye check-up and both my husband and I changed our lenses and frames. The optician was very patient and explained everything clearly about the changes in our prescriptions. A special thank you to Dorinne for her warm smile and for helping us choose the most suitable frames,both practically and aesthetically. She was professional, patient, and very helpful. Wonderful service from start to finish -- highly recommended!

Yesterday ( Mon) I went to the optician with a technical problem with my glasses, by Tuesday 9 am my glasses were ready. What a phenomenal service, thank you St.Paul's optician.

Went here about 2-3 years ago, and the opticians I have been seen by gave me 2 different opinions. The first time I went was to one Bulgarian lady and the second time with a Venezuelan man, who told me that her prescription was all wrong. Wearing glasses with the latest prescription I got from here was impossible as I was getting unbearable headaches. Once I came back to my home country and visited the local optician, she was baffled to see my old prescription, and once I got my eyes properly assessed and once I was given a proper prescription, the headaches were gone and I could finally see properly. The prescription received from Saint Paul's Optician was with unnecessary cylinders and in +; when in reality I had no cylinders and my eyes are actually in -. The glasses here are not cheap and neither is the actual service, so please keep your money and spend it elsewhere, if you want to receive proper treatment.

I was a very regular client & would have always rated 5 stars when Albert was working, as he always served me very well. My last experience with the arrogant so called owner was different. I called up as I would have usually done, she said she was NOT going to reserve my usual order & i would just have to go pick it up (took me 15 minutes for this answer). (This process would normally take me one minute on the phone & 1 minute in the shop) Ok, so i arrive at the shop, after 20 minutes of not understanding what I needed (again), she gives me monthlies when i asked for dailies. Thanks for nothing, won't be returning after being your client for around 5 years.

I had a good experience with this shop. The first time, I received good recommendations. I ordered and it was fast. The lady gave me good customer service , always polite and helpful. Thank you.
