Why didn't I schedule to get my eyes checked sooner! What an easy process to set up an eye exam just a few days wait. Day of my appointment I was able to be seen within 30 minutes. Jeffery had me laughing the whole time while giving me the rundown of what was going wrong and well with my eyes all while making me feel at ease. Then it was time to pick out frames where I was helped almost immediately and picked out the perfect pair. Kim went over all the things with me and had me feeling like I made the right choice. I'd recommend anyone to come in and experience what I went through today which was top notch customer service, lively conversations and the confidence that you leave knowing you got everything you asked for. Optician named Eddie at Aberdeen Maryland Walmart Optical was very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Really appreciated his expertise on lens options. Needed something impact resistant for shop work and he was the man with the plan. Much appreciated.

This is my second time this week calling to try to receive assistance. The first time this week the associate was very friendly and expressed that it was busy at the time I called so I told her no worries I would call back. She thanked me and I waited to call back. I just tried to call again to try to gain more information about a refill on contacts. The associate that answered the phone was very rude and hostile when she answered the phone she told me that she had 4 people in front of me so she would have to take my number and call me back. I am very understanding that you may be busy but it's very unprofessional to treat me as if I do not deserve the same respect as a customer that may be waiting in person. I have been a customer for about 4 years and have never had a problem until today. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism I experienced today.

Dr. Filandro was super nice and funny! Made the appointment a pleasant experience. Kiki helped me with my glasses and suggested lenses for my prescription. All in all very happy

Walmart vision center in aberdeen maryland is horrible. Here's the reasons I say this. I bought multiple pairs of glasses from them. I work in a rock quarry so I got the scratch resistant lenses and the kind that transition to sunglasses. I also made sure to also get the extended 100% coverage or insurance that they offer ....for a fee. Within a week they had started to fall apart and were so scratched that they were impossible to see thru. I believe this should have been covered under the manufactures warranty since it happend so soon but it wasnt. I took them into the store and they were very rude for starters. Then they were trying to get out of repairing and/or replacing them. After arguing with them they finally agreed to replace them. They went in the back and came out with a fresh pair. I tried them on and couldn't see anything. They said they weren't going to cover the lenses because they weren't damaged. "Ummm, excuse me." They weren't a little scratched. You literally couldn't see thru them at all. After arguing them again for another hour, they finally agreed to cover them as well. I had to wait about a week to get the new lenses. When I got them I left and the next day at work I realized they were NOT changing to sunglasses or scratch resistant. Wow so I just get the cheapest lenses. Awesome. Wow so they made me argue with them for hours to actually get them to let me use the insurance that I had paid for (Fun Fact: the insurance used to be free at Walmart not so long ago) They refused to replace them with the correct lenses. Recently I decided to get glasses off of an app that sells the same glasses that walmart. Only difference is that if walmart charges $400 for them, the app probably only charges $48 or something like that. I had to ask Walmart for a copy of my vision prescription. They wouldn't text or email it to me or give it to me over the phone or on the Walmartapp. They made me travel back there to get it in person. They gave it to me and when I tried to enter the info on the app, it asked for another set of numbers (the PD numbers... the measurements between your pupils etc....) I called Walmart again. They were very rude and told me they wouldn't give it to me, I'd have to get whomever I am going to get glasses from to figure it out. Huh? I had paid to get all this information from Walmart at my exam but they're holding it hostage basically because I'm doing my business elsewhere. I'd recommend going anywhere but walmart. The eye doctor made the experience very uncomfortable. He was not personable and was rather rude. I guess it makes sense that he works at a Walmart eye center but still a huge let down that someone in his position could behave as unprofessional as he did. Glasses prices were okay though the selection was not great. I would not recommend this eye center.

I took my first ever eye exam here. The staff were all very friendly and nice. The exam was quick and easy. Ronald and the other staff helped me choose the frames and lenses that would suit me with honest opinions. Glasses were ready to pick up days earlier than expected. I've never seen friendlier people before.

Got my glasses here for only $180 (lens in existing frames) and contacts, separately. Always friendly staff. The doc was a bit off putting at first, but turned out to be very knowledgeable and kind. He corrected an astigmatism that had gone uncorrected for a long time! I will be returning in the future!
