I have been using Annapolis Vision Center for 20 + years. Staff is always efficient and courteous. Dr. Doud uses the latest information and technology to assess my needs. The office is welcoming and accommodating. I highly recommend them!

The array of testing equipment is the latest technology. The Doctor is so knowledgeable and attentive. Great staff and frames you won't find anywhere else. They offer other high end services to explore.

I received the following text message this morning (not a phone call). Good Morning J. We have your Annual Eye Exam scheduled on 10/24/2025. However, Dr. Doud has a scheduling conflict and we will need to reshedule your appointment. We have temporarily moved your appont to 10/29/2025 at 11:30 am. Please give us a call to confirm or move the appointment. Thanks! -Solange. According to my appointment card, my scheduled appointment is for 10/22/2025 at 4:00 pm and not 10/24/2025. I tried to explain this and it fell upon deaf ears. A text message is the new way of canceling and rescheduling an appointment instead of a phone call? The Office Manager was extremely rude with a non-chalant attitude. She had zero interest in the fact that I presented my appointment card. I wanted my appointment for the date that I agreed to on the office appointment card that was provided to me and not some other random appointment. After requesting my records, I have been a patient for over 15+ years, the unprofessional Office Manager, forced out an apology to me and the practice has the audacity to request a $15 payment for my records. I will never return back to the office and please destroy my records. The Office Manager has destroyed the once great Annapolis Vision Center.

What a great experience with Dr. Doud and her efficient staff. I love all their technology that makes the vision examination process so much more patient friendly. I'm sending my entire family to her now!

Wonderful place of business and staff! Courteous, friendly, kind, patient, and understanding. There are so many businesses in Annapolis that are the complete opposite, so it's refreshing to have found one that actually cares about the customer. I brought an elderly, hard of hearing family member for a very overdue eye exam so I was concerned how they would be treated as it can be challenging. Dr. Doud was kind, thorough, and professional. I highly recommend Annapolis Vision Center!

I came to Annapolis wanting to see frames while my husband looked up our insurance. As I was looking at frames an older blonde lady approached me and demanded I gave the front desk my drivers license as if I was doing something nefarious. I'm very upset on how I was treated today! Not cool at as a potential customer 0 stars I could rate this

I have been going to Dr. Doud for over 25 yrs! I would never think of going anywhere else! She always has the most up to date and minimally invasive testing equipment.
