Dr. Sullivan was fantastic and I will absolutely be returning to him for eye exams. However I will not be purchasing frames from here again. Be aware they sell you the floor model frames. You are not getting brand new frames no matter how much they cost. Update: The patient relations person Dennis, has also been fantastic. However, I just received my glasses today, a week later after they "ordered them new". After telling me it would take up to 8 weeks. They were used frames as well, had a ton of scratches and makeup buildup on the end of the glasses arms. The "T" on the frame arm is loose as well which I pointed out in the store when I asked if these were ordered brand new. I will be contacting patient relations again tomorrow to get this fixed.* I got home and realized the wrong frames had been ordered. The UPC code and price on the tag was incorrect based on the UPC code on the frames. I drove a half an hour to correct this mistake and was met with a very dismissive attitude by the front desk staff. Once they realized I was correct about the wrong frames being ordered, the manager came out and was very defensive and had an attitude towards me. Told me "well these are $30 more anyways" with a snarky tone. I told her I didn't think it was right if I have to pay the difference for a mistake that was not my fault that I had to drive all this way to correct.That's when she told me those were the frames I would be getting anyways. They were $500 frames that were all scratched up and tried on by who knows how many people. She said again, with an attitude, that they could order brand new ones but would take up to 8 weeks. So now I have to wait up to 8 weeks for my glasses because I can't justify spending that much for frames that are not brand new and scratched up already. It wasn't until I was about to walk out the door that she finally apologized for the mix up. I appreciate them working to fix it and not charging me the difference, but I did not appreciate the attitude I received after driving 30 minutes to fix something that was not my mistake and having to shift my work schedule and my own clients around. For this, I will not be purchasing my glasses from here again.

I walked into ur establishment to purchase eyedrops. Their were two ladies behind the desk. One being very polite and nice the other being rude and snobbish. Plus to just purchase eye drops they wanted my name, phone#,address and birthday. I can see all that information being given if I was a patient but since I was only purchasing eye drops it's a Lil over kill, wouldn't you say? I did not catch their names but I was there Jan 8,2025 Thursday at 12:40 p.m so I'm pretty sure if u look on your schedule you can figure out who the rude one was. She needs some customer service training. Or how about being trained in being a respectful person while dealing with the public. My eye Dr. 2321 Forest dr Annapolis, md 21401.

Really disappointed. Short version: Great experience with Dr Sullivan. The front of the shop - very disappointed and now I'm concerned about patient privacy. Long version: Had an appointment on the 22nd of July (2025) for glasses and contacts. We ordered a trial pair of contacts to make a later decision. Delivery date came and went. No contact from the office. Aug 11th I contact the office to inquire about my trial pair and am told they are at the office waiting for me. Fine, whatever, I'll be right there. Walk in the office to fine an ID and insurance card from another patient sitting on the counter with no one around. No patient, no staff. ID and insurance card not down by the computer, but up on top of the counter with the other literature and business cards for patients. Extremely inappropriate. Come to find out my contacts had been at the office since the original delivery date. When asked why they were delivered to the office and not my home as we discussed I was told "...because someone forgot to charge you the $12.99 home delivery fee." I just moved to the area and am searching for new care providers. This kind of headache is a deal breaker. How am I supposed to have any confidence that when I call in with a credit card to place my contact order that someone wont write it down or read it back aloud for the room to hear? Unacceptable.

Dr. Sullivan is absolutely fantastic! He knows his stuff. Every question I asked was answered professionally and with patience! Amelia also did a great job helping me pick out my glasses. I will never go anywhere else. A customer for life!

Dr Sullivan is very nice and professional. The store manager is combative, dismissive, arrogant and is the sole reason I would rather pay out-of-pocket to go to my old eye doctor than fight with stranger over glasses. It's very unfortunate that employees have to work with someone like that every day, fortunately I can leave.

The staff is personable, and professional. My appointment started on time. Dr. Sullivan was patient, professional, and informative.

After several years with an optometrist that I wasn't happy with, I made the switch. I was so pleased with my experience with Dr. Sullivan and the staff here. I learned more about my eye health in 5 minutes than I have in 5 years. Top notch all around. 10/10 would totally recommend!
