NV'y Optical on Main - Annapolis Eye Doctor

I had the most wonderful experience today with my eye exam and especially finding prescription reading, distance and sunglasses. My previous big box store Optometrist made my distance glasses too strong and this Optometrist fixed that. Diana was fantastic and she saved me so much money by working out the insurance piece, discounts, plus I was able to reuse one of my frames. I thought this was going to be a bougie/expensive place but instead it was affordable and had a small town pleasant feel. Highly recommend!

Returning patient, staff was wonderful as always and appointing was easy! Doctor listened and was super easy to work with! Also, Madison was wonderful! She greeted me when I walked in, explained the paperwork, and assisted me after my exam to get my contacts ordered and was just overall so fun to talk to as well as knowledgeable!

Really appreciate the caring customer service from NV'y Optical. I went in a couple weeks ago needing a custom prescription filled that needed to be shipped to a lens lab. Madison took care of my order. I explained to her I was leaving the country on a trip soon and hoped to have the glasses back before the trip. Madison was up front with me to set expectations and said she couldn't guarantee delivery by then, but would see what she could do and would keep me updated. Her communication was excellent, and the lenses were delivered ahead of schedule!

I had such an amazing experience. Dr. Patel was professional and extremely knowledgeable. Madison guided me through the amazing selection of glasses and helped me choose the perfect pair glasses and is pleasure to interact with.

I work at Main Street for long time but this store was new for me . I stepped in to find new frame because I lost the pair that I loved and Madison helped me . She is the best : very welcoming, understanding, generous and the best costumer service ! I work in sales so I know how it's important. Definitely I am coming back and going to recommend! I was on a work trip and damaged one of my contact lenses. I texted the business and they responded almost immediately with an offer to replace my lenses with samples so that I could continue the trip without having to wear my glasses the rest of the time. Great service and definitely went above and beyond what I could have expected!

Totally recommend NV'y. I've been wearing glasses since six years old, so not my first rodeo, but definitely one of the best experiences I ever had getting my eye exam and new glasses here. Dr. Veera Patel is very professional and attentive to detail, and the store manager, Janelle, is incredibly sweet and helpful. They have a really good selection of frames, and high quality lenses too. UPD: just got my glasses, and couldn't be happier. Dr. Veera's prescription works so well for me, that the glasses feel natural, unlike some of my previous experiences with other doctors, when it would take me up to a week to get used to the new lenses. And I especially appreciate the care with which my glasses were packed and bubble wrapped for mail delivery, and the sweet little note that came with them

Great store in the downtown area. Madison was very helpful in answering all my questions and gave me exactly what I was looking for. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area needing eyeglass/contacts services they will take care of you!
