1. Beware.. there is NO IN- PERSON doctor there. Which I think they should let you know before you even schedule an appointment. 2. Make sure you confirm your appointment via text or they will give your slot to someone else. 3. The staff is friendly but they seems to be over booked. 4. The bathroom is gross.

My reason for leaving two stars instead of one is because of Kelley who helped me initially. However, when it came to sitting down to order my frames, their GM Richelle was anything but helpful. She handled a personal matter leaving her phone on as she kept me waiting. After all that she couldn't locate my insurance AFTER I had provided that to Kelly. All that with seemingly no interest in helping me find a pair of glasses.I paid $69 for an exam which my insurance would have covered.

My first sign should have been when another client left after she said she waited too long and another customer said "This place is the worst". I waited to be seen for 1.5 hours after my appointment. I know sometimes people are behind-I work with patients myself- I have never been this far behind! They weren't even busy and the docs are on telehealth. It's unprofessional and completely disrespectful to other people who also have other responsibilities to make them wait this long.

The appointment was easy to make, I didn't have to wait very long before being seen. I was aware that my insurance would only cover a certain brand/style of classes, although I was not explained about what would be covered as far as the prescribes. I was unaware that there would be substantial out-of-pocket fees that was my only disappointment that being said, I would definitely come back doctor Ashley Westbrook is a sweetheart and a role model.

I never write reviews but this place deserves one! I have been trying to call off and on for weeks and cannot get through to anyone. I just want to re order my contacts! When I try on the website it does not let me! I just want a copy of my prescription but I cannot get in contact with anyone to do this! Every time I come in this office they are so rude and act like every question I have is a inconvenience to them! Super frustrating that now I have to pay out of pocket to get an eye exam else where and get new contacts! Do better.
