SIRI PREMIER EYECARE - Dr. Eleanor Siri

This office was truly phenomenal! I requested an appointment and they got me in the next day. So very quick! They also verified benefits before coming in. The staff was truly AMAZING and super friendly including Dr Siri! I had to bring my 5 year old with me and she included him in the whole process and taught him all about it which he loved. The communication has been great-the glasses I ordered were on back order and they let me know right away. Honestly I don't usually write reviews but this office has been one of the best experiences I've had!

The entire staff, from the receptionist to the doctor, made my visit a wonderful experience. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. This company truly treats you like family and never makes you feel like just another patient. If there were a caring meter, it would be off the charts when it comes to Siri EyeCare. .

Dr. Siri and her staff are amazing! Everyone was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The doctor was thorough, explained everything clearly, and truly cares about her patients. Highly recommend this office for great eye care!

Dr Siri is passionate, knowledgeable and attentive. Her ability to provide even her youngest patients with the best care is admirable. She makes my children feel at ease during eye exams and diagnosis. The staff members are also attentive and welcoming.

I came in today for my annual appointment and as usual was treated very well and professionally. Dr Eleanor and the staff were great. A very thorough exam was given and great care was taken in the selection of my new frames.

Doc was very nice and professional, biggest complaint was the wait, I had to wait almost 2 hours from start to finish just to do a basic exam, and this may seem petty but my chart completely mis gendered me, I will call them today and ask to have it fixed which im sure they will do, but im a woman, identity as a woman but they have me listed as a male lol maybe thats why my insurance was giving them a hard time In response to the response from the office as you can clearly see i stated ALMOST 2 hours and you just clearly stated i was in there for 1 hour and 34 mins which is nearly two hours and only saw the doctor for maybe 20 mins of that time, and i do believe posting ANY thing i had done at your office online is a voiltion of HIPPA as far as the paperwork i will gladly bring in/post the paperwork I received at check out that says male on it in two different places, I hope you have a blessed day as i will not be returning to your business and will not be recommending any of my friends,family or co workers to your business i wish you and your staff all the best

Excellent service! It was very easy to schedule my appointment (you can do it online-huge plus for me!). Dr. Siri and her staff are very warm and friendly. You can tell they actually care about not just your vision, but your general wellbeing. Dr. Siri took the time to explain everything and make sure my questions were answered. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Siri is wonderful! She takes her time examining your eyes and doesn't rush through. Her staff is always welcoming with a smile.
