The owner was so rude. I work at a bank and was on break when I decided I needed sunglasses so I thought I could pop in to check them out. As soon as I walked in he shooed me out I'm guessing because he thought I was going to sell him something with my business attire on? Even when I told him I'm looking to purchase glasses he said I don't want you and rushed me out. I called anonymously and asked if they accept walk ins from anyone and he said yes of course. Then I told him I was the one he just showed out. Extremely rude.

Ciel Optical is great! There's a large selection of modern frames. The owner is good at picking out frames for you if you want some guidance. I thought the pricing was fair.

I was worried about the negative reviews here before I went here. But, he was nice and the quality of glasses are good.

Doesn't fix glasses so if you need your glasses fixed, go somewhere else. wouldn't even let me in the store.

Owner is Cunning, Deceiving and has a Lack of Human Nature. Cost me $180 out of pocket and without no glasses... Someone referred me to this place back in March, 2024. I gave him my prescription and waited almost 10 days after I paid $430.00, but I could not see out of them. I explained to the owner that I could not see any better than my old prescription glasses. He told me he will adjust. I went back about 10 days later. He told me I had to pay extra $30.00 for the shipment cost. He explained that I have to get use to the glasses. After 2 weeks, I could not adjust and told him the glasses I ordered online was perfect. He told me to come in for a refund, but he can only refund $280 out of $460 I spent. I was willing to eat the costs, but he bad mouthed me off and said, "don't do this with anyone else and you've done this before." That is the reason for this review. Why and why, should I eat $180 out of my pocket for such an experience with this guy? Back in March, he wrote me an invoice for a Ferragamo frames costing over $200, and the lenses for over $200. He stated, he will refund 50% off the lenses, but he tells me it was lenses that were over $300 when I went in for a refund, and gave me a check for $280.00. So, this review is about how I was lied about the Ferragamo frames, and lied about the possible $180 loss. I hope his bad mouthing me and disrespect will cost him more than my $180.00 loss at this place.
