OMNI Eye Specialists

I visited this practice back at the end of September. I initially requested a full examination as I have a high prescription and my last examination was over a year earlier; that was ignored by the doctor and he only checked and rewrote my prescription, he said I could come back in 6 weeks for one instead of doing the examination then. He offered no good reason when I asked. A couple of weeks later I was in a massive car accident, so unable to get in for a finalized prescription. I went back in for new trial lenses, they just so happened to be open that day, I say that because they are closed everyday but on Mondays though their website suggests normal business hours. The trials were reordered and came in quickly, but when I went to pick them up, they were closed at 11:45 AM on a Friday; because I work on Mondays and Wednesdays at a location that makes it impossible for me to get there, I went when I had some time. I called this place for over a month, including on Mondays, and no one ever answered or returned any of the messages I left which is about 5 in total, one to the corporate office to inquire about hours. I called in today about a damaged trial lense and the finalization of my prescription, they answered, finally only to tell me they stopped accepting my insurance (most medical practices inform their patients about this, I was not informed) and would have to pay out of pocket for something they never followed up on. This practice is unprofessional to say the least. I certainly would NOT recommend this place.

Its been a month since my exam. I paid for glasses on site, but have yet to hear from them. Elsewhere amongst the review responses, it says that they follow the posted office hours. Its currently Wednesday, July 16 at 3:30pm and the office is closed, yet they claim to be ooen until 4:30pm. I have posted the photos as proof. If your able to download the photos and access theMetadata it will show the data and time stamp when the picture was taken.

I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was professional and relax. The Doctor was easy going throughout the entire visit. I would definitely recommend this office to my family and friends.

I came in there after a severe accident which resulted in extreme high eye pressure. (27) Today I am back to numbers below "20"! Dr. Gnanakkan has been very attentive to my situation. I feel very confident with him. I will recommend others to this practice.

I think you'll need to improve when someone call because nobody never answer the phone. I had to drive to Omni Eye Specialists to change my appointment. The girl that checked my eyes wasn't too friendly.

Dr. Dao really knows his stuff. The staff are friendly, helpful and courteous. Thank you to the entire team.

Great doctors but extremely poor administrative and office support. Phones are never answered, messages are never returned, and I've yet to actually talk with someone. I haven't been able to get a prescription refilled in almost a month. Unacceptable!

The doctors are fine, know what they're doing and all. But you cannot reach them by phone (goes to a service center 24/7), and you can't find out if the branch is open when they say they will be. HINT: most afternoons they go home early. Never get my frames or lenses there again. It's only gotten worse over the last decade we've been going there and they don't seem to care.
