Excellent experience and vision works. I had an appointment for early January. I was given a call on December 27 asking me if I wanted to change it because they had an opening that was available the next day. Arrived at vision Work 8:30 AM. I was greeted with a sincere welcome from a young lady at the front desk. She was great throughout my visit. Dr. Ali was also very welcoming as well as thorough. I've been going to the one in Catonsville for the last 10 years. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience with Wanda. A few weeks ago, I had terrible experience at the Columbia location, but I decided to try out Catonsville on a snow day because I desperately needed glasses and contacts. I planned on just getting a copy of my prescriptions and going somewhere else to purchase, but Wanda made me feel comfortable and welcome from the jump. She helped me choose between a couple frame options and ran the numbers through my insurance a multiple different ways to ensure I was getting the best deal and was truly invested in helping me save as much money as possible. I spent at least an hour there with her crunching numbers and making fashion decisions, but she never made me feel rushed. I'm very happy I gave a second chance to Visionworks at the Catonsville location. Thank you Wanda for a great experience!!!

Recommend! Very efficient practice/office. Provider was Dr. Ali and her staff today were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you Vashaun B., Dominique D., and Anali G. Very modern equipment and clean setting. Ample parking. Conveniently located in Catonsville/Rt. 40. Dr. Ali also sent vision results to MVA for ease in renewing Maryland driver's licenses online for both me and my husband.

I called the location the day after I ordered my glasses. Extremely long phone hold times 45min. After speaking with one person I was put on hold again and I had to start the conversation only. I was trying to find out what information I wasn't provided on my visit the day prior. Apparently I declined the warranty..I wasnt offered a warranty. Several other options for my glasses I wasn't offered. Would not recommend this location.

I have never had such a pleasant experience buying glasses. I went on September 26th had a virtual examination with a wonderful doctor. I then ordered my glasses and was told they would be ready October 10th. To my surprise I received a txt on the October 1st saying my glasses were ready. I went in to pick them up. The assistant (Amanda) was amazing as she assisted me with sizing. When I placed the glasses I was/am amazed by the clarity. I have never had glasses with the precision of view these glasses have and I've purchased them from that store. I am so pleased with my purchase and would recommend everyone go there. So I had to return the first pair of glasses because they didn't fit my face. I ended up choosing a pair of Lacoste just like the ones I had when I originally went in. Amanda helped me chose and I'm sooo happy with my choice. Please go in and ask for Amanda. She is at the vision works on Baltimore national pike. I promise you'll leave with a happy face

Great experience overall. The front desk was welcoming and efficient, the doctor was knowledgeable and answered all my questions, and the staff helping with frames was professional and helpful. The only reason for an 4star instead of a 5 star is the limited frame selection--I was hoping for a rimless option.
